“ This place is amazing. As soon as you get out of your car you are suddenly aware of the wonderful scents wafting through the air. When you step inside, it is glorious. They have so many excellent soaps, lotions, candles and other items which all smell so good. I usually just walk around smelling things while my wife does the shopping. The only thing I miss is when they first opened, they would let you go into the factory and see the huge vats of liquid soap being mixed. That was really interesting and fun for kids to watch. But I understand it is a liability these days. 5/5 stars all day, every day. ”

After opening the box I discovered an ENTIRE bottle of patchouli zum mist had leaked inside the box. Can we say pee-yew!?! Contacted Zum Chick Maddie & sent her images of the damaged items & inside of the box. Maddie immediately processed a replacement shipment which I received in 3 days just in time for holiday gifts.
